This week we're announcing the 48 companies being honored this year as Best Places to Work. The winners come from many different industries, but they share one thing in common: They’ve made an effort to create workplaces in which employees can feel engaged and satisfied.
Yesterday, we announced the winners in the small and medium-sized company categories. Today, it’s the medium-large and large categories.
This is the 18th year of our Best Places to Work awards, and 114 companies submitted nominations to be included in the program.
Winners were selected based on data collected by our program partner, Quantum Workplace of Omaha, Nebraska, which sends confidential surveys to employees.
To qualify, companies had to have enough employees return the survey — and rate the company highly enough to win in what is always a competitive field.
All 48 companies will be profiled in our Dec. 10 edition.
