Transfinder Announces Routefinder Pro Certification Recipients

Schenectady, NY – May 30, 2014 – Twenty-six Transfinder clients received their Routefinder Pro Certification at Transfinder’s Annual Client Summit this month in Albany, New York.

The 26 receiving their certifications represent school districts in 10 states and Canada.

Certification is an extensive exam that challenges users knowledge of Routefinder Pro, Transfinder’s flagship product used to create school districts’ bus routes. Achieving certification shows proficiency in the system, which may help those in the field get promotions from their district among other benefits.

“This is a rigorous certification process and the people who passed put significant amounts of time in to studying and understanding Transfinder’s software,” said Antonio Civitella, President & CEO of Transfinder. “We believe the better our clients understand our products, the more money and time they can save. We are thrilled to see how many people put the time in to master Routefinder Pro.”

Prior to taking the certification exam at the Annual Client Summit May 7-9 in Albany, New York, clients received a study guide and prepared for the exam on their own. Clients who did not attend the summit or did not take the test can still become Routing Software Proficient by enrolling in Transfinder University.

“Through our training center on mytransfinder.com, we also provide our clients with training videos, live and recorded webinars, and printed how-to information,” said Julie Urig, Transfinder’s training manager. “Training is available one-on-one for our clients throughout the implementation period. Everyone learns differently, and our different options cater to the different types of students.”
