Transfinder Showcases Next Generation Innovations at NAPT Summit

Transfinder today announced that Antonio Civitella, president & CEO, will give a presentation on next generation innovations, including upcoming features in its mobile app for student attendance and on-the-spot routing. In addition, he will unveil Transfinder’s new robust browser application for pupil transportation management.

The presentation will take place in Booth #711 at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22nd during the annual meeting of the National Association for Pupil Transportation (NAPT), being held in Grand Rapids from October 19-October 24, 2013.

Following the presentation the company will hold its 25th anniversary champagne celebration in Booth 711’s lounge area. Attendees at the presentation will be entered into a drawing for an iPad with the winner announced on the final day of the exhibition, Wednesday, October 23rd at 10:30 a.m.

Civitella said, “I am looking forward to presenting a glimpse into innovations we developed at Transfinder, including new features in our Infofinder mobile application. More and more school districts recognize that having critical district information in the palm of their hands ensures quick response to unforeseen or emergency situations. It puts student safety front and center at all times when transportation directors know which students are involved and who needs to be notified on the spot. It also allows them to re-route buses on the fly.”

Civitella added, “Beyond the mobile app, we are showcasing a new browser system that takes advantage of the latest and more easy-to-use web technologies to help districts acquire new capabilities to manage their transportation operations without the additional cost of investing in more advanced computer systems at their districts.”
