Getting involved and giving back to our community as well as school districts around the country is a core company value. 

Transfinder routinely provides financial assistance and school supplies for local and national school districts to improve the quality of life for students. 

Some of Transfinder’s most recent initiatives:

Proctors Education Department - $3,000 donation to help defray the cost to school districts for buses to transport students to educational programs at Proctors. The donation will enable ten classrooms in Schenectady County to transport students to take advantage of one of the educational programs offered by Proctors.
Tri-City ValleyCats - Transfinder continued to sponsor Education Day 2023 at the Tri-City ValleyCats. Transfinder's annual sponsorship helps to take kids to a special morning ballgame before school lets out each year.
Schenectady Inner City Ministry (SICM) - Transfinder employees and New York BizLab tenants donated 1,163 items, which was matched by Transfinder CEO and BizLab founder and president Antonio Civitella for a total of 2,326 items that were donated in March 2016.
Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York - Transfinder employees donated 263 backpacks of food to the regional food bank for the 2013 Thanksgiving food drive.
Schenectady Museum & Suits-Bueche Planetarium – $1,500 donation to the Schenectady Museum & Suits-Bueche Planetarium to help area schools off-set the rising cost of field trips during 2017-2018.
