plans, strategies, scripts, metrics, etc. Prefer 3 years or
more experience in a hands-on QA/QC environment. |

Write the instructional guides, online and desktop help
guides, reference manuals, and job aids. Familiarity with
knowledge bases and Help&Manual a plus. |

Software Engineer
Prefer 4 years or more experience in Visual Basic, Microsoft
Access/SQL Server, web development and ASP, .NET is a plus. |

Field all incoming support calls and troubleshoot
