R&D
	Software Quality Assurance Engineer Proficiency with tools for defect management, automated testing and industry best practices. Develop/maintain test plans, strategies, scripts, metrics, etc. Prefer 3 years or more experience in a hands-on QA/QC environment.
	Technical Writer Write the instructional guides, online and desktop help guides, reference manuals, and job aids. Familiarity with knowledge bases and Help&Manual a plus.
	Software Engineer  Prefer 4 years or more experience in Visual Basic, Microsoft Access/SQL Server, web development and ASP, .NET is a plus.
Customer Support & Help Desk
	Help Desk Field all incoming support calls and troubleshoot client technical issues. Must have excellent communications skills and positive attitude. Prefer 2 or more years of experience in support.
Implementation & Training
	Project Manager Excellent communication skills needed to train clients and help them implement their systems. Experience with several of the following preferred: help desk, support, databases, windows administration, on-line meeting software, and/or documentation.
Sales
	Inside Sales Candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills. 1 to 3 years phone sales experience required. Software sales experience is a plus.
